UPDATE ABOUT VIVOTECNIA

Cruelty Free International

Apr 12, 2021 —

Hello everyone,

We would like to update you on the developments in relation to the cruelty and abuse discovered at Vivotecnia, an independent European toxicology contract research organisation.

The Community of Madrid has suspended activities at Vivotecnia and we hear that there are verbal commitments to rehome the animals there. In addition, we can confirm that, together with the Animal Protection Organization based in Spain and a Member of Cruelty Free Europe, ADDA, we have filed a complaint against Vivotecnia with the Madrid Prosecutor's Office.

We wanted to thank all of you who have signed the petition that we launched last Friday. More than 200,000 people have helped us to give a voice to the animals locked in these terrible facilities and, as you can see, the mobilization is delivering results.

Our wish is the withdrawal of the license to operate and the definitive closure of Vivotecnia. That is why the campaign remains open and we ask you to share it with your contacts on WhatsApp, Facebook ... Copy this link below and share.
