PROTEST THE INSTALLATION OF FOREVER MARILYN IN PALM SPRINGS!  Join a peaceful protest SUNDAY, JUNE 20 6pm-7:30pm @ the statue base on Museum Way between Museum Drive and Belardo.  Wear RED as a protest color representing violence against women, or wear PINK.  (Don't wear white, as statue supporters will turn out in white.)  Dress for extreme heat and bring water.  A coalition of groups including Women's March Foundations LA, Inland Empire and Riverside, along with MeTooSoCal, CReMa: Committee to Relocate Marilyn, Palm Springs Together, Women's Issues Committee of Courageous Resistance of the Desert / Indivisible 36, along with local citizens, homeowners and business owners will protest PS Resorts and The City of Palm Springs installation of a monument to misogyny, the sexual objectification of a beloved icon in the era of #metoo, and the promotion of upskirting as a fun, free, family activity.  If you plan to attend, please register at https://fb.me/e/1svvDkefP  If you can't join us, please help spread the message.
