After several delays, the statue arrived in Palm Springs last night and installation is proceeding. The public unveiling of the misogynist statue is scheduled for Sunday, June 20th at 7pm.  It's a sad day when the Palm Springs City Council favors the whims of a few men over the voices of citizens, business owners, The Palm Springs Art Museum, 41,000 + petition signers, potential visitors to Palm Springs, and the 2016 Downtown Plan which was hashed out over several years with community input.
