To request Pakistan Government to give Civil Award to Waqar Baig for his nobel work.
The Issue
Dr. Waqar Baig and his scholarship network team made real contribution/revolution to our Higher Education Sector. They have positively changed hundreds of young lives. This contribution is exemplary and need to be duly acknowledged. I request the Government of Pakistan to honor Dr. Waqar Baig with Tamgha e Imtiaz due to his nobel efforts in history of Pakistan for higher education in last 10 years.
