So far, the feedback I've gotten from Saturday's display of the proposed color for the bandshell has been disappointment. People feel that this is another dull color that doesn't show enough blue. I can tell you that this color looked much bluer under the artificial lighting in the MPRB paint shop when when we looked at it in November. I can tell you that the area commissioner and staff have heard your feedback. We may well not get the exact color that's in people's memories (for reasons of paint and stain technology) but I think we can still get a hue that's bluer in sunshine.
