I'm very pleased to announce that we have a finalized, ratified, signed, sealed and delivered active working contract!
     After more than 1.5 years, which included long and contentious "negotiations" with the former Pacifica iED and a very expensive and aggressive lawyer, we have reached an amiable agreement. Thanks in huge part to Pacifcia's new ED and Pacifica's standing legal counsel. We were able to get the National board to pass, without objection, our counter proposal and it has been ratified by the SAG/Aftra steering committee.
     Hopefully the staff will never have to go this long without an active contract.
