In a conference populated primarily by publicly-funded institutions with budget issues, Larry Scott is getting paid more than any other NCAA conference head, including the head of the Big 10. The Pac-12 is already commanding the largest, record breaking broadcast revenue deal in the NCAA (see table below). Yet Larry is still holding firm on anybody unwilling to pay his price, including DirecTV, U-verse, Verizon West, and Charter. Meanwhile, perhaps another year with no Pac-12 football on DTV and another $3M handle comp year for Larry?
