Stop the closing of the CLSC Clinic located in RDP

Stop the closing of the CLSC Clinic located in RDP
The Issue
Earlier today, a relative had posted an article on social media about the closing of the CLSC in RDP for relocation (Le centre de jour du CLSC de RDP déménage à Mercier-Est). I cannot stress how important it is for us as a community to have this CLSC stay where it is.
Personally, this is extremely devastating to me because I have a great-grandmother, grandparents, and a mentally handicapped aunt who live close by. The people who work there have taken great care of my nonni and especially my aunt.
We've always have had issues with living with RDP: from that company that doesn't properly rid their waste of animal carcuses that some of us have seen on our street (although I heard they fixed that issue), the continuous threats of ANOTHER closing/relocation of the police department on Maurice D., the fact we are known on the web as having a tainted/smelly river. Seriously, can the politicians who we've elected properly do their job and forbid enough embarrassment? I completely understand that there are budget cuts, people have jobs to do, whatever the excuse/case may be.
Without being dramatic, there are two important things we need to protect in our ville: Health and Education.
Please sign this petition, even if you are not part of RDP. Show the people who work for our community that we don't want the CLSC closed.
EDIT [January 15, 2016]: The CLSC is not closing entirely. The day centre provided for many members of our community is closing and relocating. We put faith in our political representatives that they will do their best in managing our borough. However, when a public service - which they CLEARLY consider is not important in our community - is closing so that another borough can be the ones to only benefit from it....I don't think that's right. I hope the councillors will realize this and stop the service provided by our CLSC from being terminated.
