Please see the model of the Kartarpur Sahib Gurdwara that was just released and printed in the Ajit Punjabi newspaper. Does that not break your heart? Another plastered up marble structure that does not speak to us just like the ones in East Punjab. Is that the Kartarpur Baba Nanak envisioned and established? There is no trace of the existing artifacts; nor the ones that may have existed at Baba Ji's time; the fields and the trees that surrounded the existing complex gone. The natural features of the land completely overlooked. What do we want to pass on to our children? This fancy complex surrounded by hotels and shopping malls or the Kartarpur Guru Nanak may have left for us?

It is about time to make our voices heard. We are close to 10K signatures. Let's get them by the weekend. So on Monday, we can submit the petition with signatures to the Pakistan High Commission to be delivered  to Prime Minister Imran Khan.
