In other news, our petition has made it to the news! You can read the article by Michael Dahlstrom, the environmental editor of Yahoo here.

The article talks about a significant new study published by Edith Cowan University proving Rat Bait is lethal to endangered Australian species  and could wipe out as many as nine species of endangered Australian marsupial carnivores, including the iconic Tasmanian Devil and all of Australia's quoll species.

This is alarming to say the least, but we hope this will help put further pressure on Bunnings and other major retailers to take this awful poison off the shelves. As we know, there ARE alternatives, as Dr Rob Davis, senior lecturer at Edith Cowan has stated. "There is no need to use SGAR baits containing brodifacoum, bromadiolone, difethialone, difenacoum and flocoumafen. Instead choose FGAR containing warfarin, coumatetralyl and other alternative non-AR formulas.,"
