It's important to note that breed-specific legislation (BSL) has been proven ineffective in reducing dog bite incidents according to numerous studies including one from Journal of Veterinary Behavior (2014). The real issue lies not with 'bad dogs', but with irresponsible owners.

This petition calls for an immediate review and repeal of this breed-specific ban, allowing responsible pet owners to keep their beloved family members. We also urge authorities to establish a reimbursement scheme for those who have suffered financial loss due to this unfair policy.
