We wanted to start this petition because of the unfair practices and overpricing of water resources of our "esteemed" Home Owners Association. Instead of fixing the issue and using the profits, they are charging their lack of response and diligence to the home owners to shoulder the water loss due to the leaking pipes.

This is an example of the old rate vs new rate.

 

Yes, that's almost a 6x increase, but not including the other charges they add.

Plus, the water provided is very intermittent and substandard (Full of rust and dirt)
