(Thank you Sean for composing the response letter.) - With AL513, SJWC requested to increase our rates another 4.43% effective January 1, 2018. This increase is in addition to the Cost of Capital request currently before the commission. 2 - Comment on Proposed Resolution W-5153, Rejection of Advice Letter 501 (implementation of SRM) which would increase our rates 3.65%. - Water Division proposed Resolution W-5150 on 8/25/17 to the commission for approval of final rejection of AL501. This resolution was not approved. - Water Division proposed Resolution W-5153 on 12/8/17 to the commission for approval of final rejection of AL501.
