First off, would like to say a quick hello and thank you to everyone I met at Broadview yesterday. You all were so nice, and I appreciate your support, even for a small town outside the south suburbs :').
Secondly, as the title says, YES, I DID DOORKNOCKING. 5 doors (HUGEEEE numbers!) but I got 2 signatures from RESIDENTS of Bourbonnais! I'm definitely learning my style is more 'approach people outside' rather than actually knock on their doors. For why? IDK! My brain decided that's the vibe, I guess!
We are at SIXTY SIGNATURES total. That includes my resident specific paper petition. And it hasn't even been a month since I've started. Thank you all, and if you're in Kankakee County and want to help get the word out, CONTACT ME!
