In August 2018 Child Protective Services, Received A Report Of Allegations Of Physical Abuse. Baby Maleah Suffered A Serious Head Injury By Her Stepfather Darion Vence. Maleah An Her Two Year Old Brother, Was Then Removed From The Home. The Mother Brittany Bowens Knew The Stepfather Cause The Life Threathing Injury. Instead Of Protecting Her Daughter And Pressing Charges. The Mother Continued A Relationship With Darion Vence. In Jan 2019 The Judge Ordered The Children To Be Returned To The Home Under Monitored Conditions. On May 5th Houston Police Dept Issued A Amber Alert For Maleah Davis Who Was Last Seen With The Stepfather. A Few Days Into The Investigation Officials Stated Darion Vence Nor Brittany Bowens Story Was Adding Up. HPD Then Reached Out To The Public For Help Finding Maleah. Less Then A Week After The Baby Went Missing, Bowens Told Detectives She Knew Vence Was Molesting Maleah. By This Time Vence Was On The Run. Officials Stated The Stepfather Is Now The Person of Interest In The Case Of Missing 4-year-old Maleah Davis. After Vence Was Captured, He Confessed To Killing Maleah. Stated He Dismembered Her Into Fine Pieces. He Told Detectives He Tried Putting Her In The Garbage Disposal First, Then Flushed Her Down The Toilet. He Then Carried Her Bones In A Black Trash Bag In A Container And Dumped Her Remains. This Has Continued To Happen In Our Community. This Behavior Has Been Going On For Years. These Mother’s Have Been Aware Of Physical And Sexual Abuse, While Continuing To Stay With These Evil Men. While The Men Are The Only Ones Serving Time.
