The Dunedin City Council prioritises safety and efficiency in transport management. Transport staff have recorded your request and will investigate the safety and efficiency issues at this location before coming back to you with a response.
Based on the safety and efficiency assessment, the DCC has three options, listed below:
1. We may decide not to take any action, but staff will continue to monitor the area to see whether similar issues are reported.
2. We may decide to implement the requested change.
3. We may decide to investigate the issue as part of a larger project.
