During the layoff meeting the Regional Director sent out a new job posting to replace Sharon.

The plan was made the same day the worker put in to use FMLA. Coincidence? We don't know.

What we do know FOR SURE is that Sharon is qualified. The RD is rushing to hire a new person, which is going to put them in a bad position too. Extension $$ should not be going to a recruitment process when it's not needed. Do the right thing, OSU, stop the layoff, stop the hiring process, and reclass Sharon.
