Hello Everyone, I would like to publish an update that the decision re-checked by Orange and the contract has been terminated with free of a charge, eventually, reimbursement will be made for past 3 months by Orange. Thank you for everyone who read the article in linkedin and for those who signed the competition in change.org. Thank you to director Przemyslaw Gontarz for his customer friendly approach & exceptional support. Hopefully, consumer rights will be widen day by day with being more conscious consumers, knowing and chasing for your rights, as a result of this, the service providers will be more focused on better treatment. Witam wszystkich, chciałbym podzielić się z Wami ważną informacją- ORANGE UZNAŁO REKLAMACJĘ! Zawdzięczam to nie tylko uporem, ale przede wszystkim wsparciem, jakie otrzymałem od wielu z Was- ponad 200 osób podpisało petycję na change.org. Dziękuję każdemu, kto podpisał petycję, każdemu, kto przeczytał post na Linkedin, kto usłyszał historię mojej umowy. Dziękuję pracownikom Orange, którzy przyczynili się do nagłośnienia sprawy: Przemyslaw Gontarz To pokazało, że konsument ma swoje prawa. Nie tylko w teorii -bądźmy świadomymi konsumentami.
