Congressman Ruiz has an Executive Order ready to hand President Biden to sign to create the Monument and Expansion in order to subvert the proper Congressional Legislative process. He will incorrectly use the Antiquities Act of 1906 to get what he wants. 

Plus, when the Coalition Authors were asked about the "Temporary Route Network Map" mentioned in the Bill that would be used to designate which roads would remain open and which ones would be closed until a proper Management Plan is developed years from now, their answer was, "It has not been developed yet." This is how they plan to close nearly all the off-highway dirt roads to all forms of recreation immediately. They do not want us to see their plan until the President Signs the Executive Order. A small group of environmentalists/conservationists are completely controlling this; our government has NO input, the people of this great country have had NO input.
