As some may be aware, the planning application for phase 3 was submitted to Shropshire Council and is now open for public comments. This is where it really counts! DEADLINE IS 20th MARCH 2026.

You will need to create an account and register your comment. If you can’t make your comments on the planning portal you can also email them in to planning.northern@shropshire.gov.uk and CC our local councillor on Jamie.Daniels@shropshire.gov.uk 

Whilst it’s valid to raise the point about the state of phases 1 & 2, the developers will  address that by making promises to resolve this and assume that oppositions based on this are happy for phase 3 to go ahead.  It is worth emphasising that this isn’t the case.
