We the undersigned residents, property owners, business owners, and stakeholders within the City of Trenton, Ohio and the surrounding affected communities, hereby formally express our opposition to the proposed hyperscale data center project by Prologis (named Project Mila) located in Trenton, Ohio. 

We request a temporary moratorium be placed of no less than twelve (12) months on permitting, building, development, and any approvals thereof related to the Prologis (Project Mila) data center complex listed above as well as any other data center facilities wishing to locate in this area during the pendency of the moratorium. 

This moratorium would allow for comprehensive evaluation of the following:

1. Water usage and aquifer impact
2. Electrical demand and grid capacity 
3. Stormwater and drainage systems
4. Agricultural land preservation
5. Traffic and infrastructure impact
6. Environmental impact
7. Public health, safety, and welfare considerations
8. Long term comprehensive planning compliance

This petition is submitted as formal evidence of residents' and affected citizens' concerns prior to any vote and approval of site plans.
