

Update from USC Planning Committee.
There is a good probability of a new Sheetz going in across the street from Al’s Cafe and the intersection of Clifton and McMurray Rd. Also proposed a new 4 way intersection at South Park Rd and McMurray Rd. Also a brand new 3 story Senior Care living facility in our backyards of Southridge Dr. and Willowbrook Dr. In addition to cut thru streets either from McMurray, Southridge, or Willowbrook(Southridge and Willowbrook) are quiet neighborhoods with narrow streets, no sidewalks,lots of kids playing and walking to the bus stop. This will impact anyone who drives McMurray as their main artery to get around thru these townships. It will be congested,dangerous and completely unnecessary. The property is already zoned R1 and R2. The seller of the land has a contractor interested only if he can rezone the land to zone R4. Which that means higher denser populated areas for the surrounding neighborhoods and the citizens who use McMurray,Clifton,and South Park Rd. Let’s help stop the madness of this proposed agenda. Help to keep our townships lustre and beauty.
