I am writing in opposition to the variance application (A-25-30) by Zepaj Development LLC to build a 112-unit residential building at 500 Revere St. This project will have a terrible impact on traffic and parking in the neighborhood, cause unnecessary safety risks for pedestrians and commuters, and negatively affect the quality of life for residents by casting shadows on many of our homes. Please inform the City of Revere Zoning Board of Appeals of my testimony.
