All arguments, evidence, and opinions about a rezoning must be presented publicly, on the record, during the hearing—not through emails, calls, or meetings—so that the process stays fair, transparent, and legally defensible.

Anything submitted through staff becomes part of what Commissioners are allowed to rely on.
What to do:
• Send a formal written opposition packet to zoning staff (not Commissioners)
• Include:
