Let’s get more signatures for this petition

Dear Neighbors,

It's been less than one week since this petition was started and we now have accumulated 56 signatures. Yesterday, Heidi (another Karl's farm resident) and myself canvassed the neighborhood and collected 12 more signatures on paper for a grand total of 68. A big thanks to Heidi for her big help and thank you everyone so much for your support!

It's worthwhile to note, that of all these signatures, 16 were collected from owners within 300ft of the property boundary. That means we already have 97.5% of the signatures needed to raise the approval threshold for city council by another 50%. I want to get at least nine more qualifying property owners to sign this petition or identify themselves as such. This would take us to over 150% of the minimum UDO protest requirements. We don't want to leave any doubt to City Council members that we as a community are not in-favor of the re-zoning application with any possibility of losing this wetland area.

We have two more weeks until the public hearing at city council and I still need your help:

• Attend the public hearing on November 27, 2023, at 6:00 pm in the Council Chambers of the City of Northglenn (11701 Community Center Drive, Northglenn, CO) to speak your voice!
