The announcement of a new development plan that threatens to disrupt our peaceful way of life has been devastating. This is not just another construction project—it is a proposal to build right in our backyards, forever changing the landscape of our beloved home.

Peppertree Forest, connected to the green, lush Core Land of Antioch, TN, is known for its rich biodiversity and natural beauty. Our neighborhood enjoys a unique harmony with nature that few other places can boast. This proposed development plan disregards all of that. It threatens to consume our vibrant communities with concrete, destroying habitats, displacing wildlife, and increasing noise and pollution levels. Our local ecosystem could be irreparably harmed.

Furthermore, this development is likely to have a significant impact on property values, potentially diminishing the investments that residents have worked hard for over the years and into their retirement years.
