They are looking to take it down very soon and Kevin is still trying to appeal and gave us more info for anyone who wants to help by emailing BCP. He’s found out that many of the councillors, Jane Kelly, communities, health and leisure, Beverly Dunlop, culture and vibrant places, Philip Broadhead, development, growth, regeneration and transformation are now all in support of a further 6 month extension for the TRX to remain where it is. The person blocking it is Anthony Rogers, Head of seafront services who opposes it because the right process for the paperwork was not put in place. Kevin wasn’t aware of that until now. So their mess up and the technicality he is blocking it with. 6 months would give time for the paperwork to be put in place.
