Banning social media will take essential resources from teens navigating their identity and will take voices away from young people who have a lot to say. 

Out of banning social media completely, and increasing education in media literacy and utilising it in positive ways, what makes the former the better option?

It is important to act now, as the bill is set to be passed in late November 2024.
