Attached is the current Council Status of the ATS from the agenda for the ordinary meeting of Council June 28, 7pm (page 21). The feedback summary link has also been attached.
Given this feedback it appears that the removal of the 30kph speed limit is still not certain and is concerning given councillors still appear not to be listening to the ratepayers/residents.
In line with this can I also direct you to page 10 of the agenda and Cr. Grigau’s Motion on Notice. You can write to the Local Government Minister and ask for a review and the appointment of a Municipal Monitor, or alternatively, you could send a brief email to each of the councillors indicating your support for the Motion
to "contact the Minister for Local Government to commence a review and appoint a Municipal Monitor”
Please come to the Council meeting so that councillors can begin to gauge the depth of concern in the community and seriously consider the issues placed in front of them.
