This past week, it was announced that the University of New Hampshire is laying off nearly 75 employees. One of these employees is Susan Adams, one of only two music department staff members.

Susan is an integral part of the music department, and her departure will leave a void that will cause significant strain on the rest of the faculty, thus being detrimental to the educational experience of the students.

Her pending absence leaves uncertainty regarding the future of an already under-supported music department. Signing this petition opposes the termination of Susan Adams, and helps support the future of a music department at UNH.
