We are a group of concerned Patina Group employees in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, who believe that forming a union under Unite Here 737 may not be in our best interests.

Unions can sometimes lead to increased business costs, potentially resulting in job losses and other drawbacks. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, states with higher levels of union membership tend to have lower employment growth rates (Bureau of Labor Statistics).

This Union specifically may have concerning attributes that one should look into.

We respect workers' rights and needs while respecting each other's opinions. Educate yourself, decide if the situation is in your best interest, and then make the appropriate choice.

So, we ask you to consider these potential implications and inform yourself with the information provided. We'd like for YOU to join us in opposing this union formation. Please sign this petition if you share our concerns.
