Mr. Splash approved by Committee Oct. 13

As many of you may already know, the Dane County Zoning Committee unanimously approved the Mr. Splash conditional use permit on Tuesday Oct. 13 despite strong community opposition for health and safety reasons.

Concerned neighbors were muted on Oct. 13 and unable to participate in a conversation that directly affected their future.

It is so deeply disappointing and disheartening to have government representatives choose an auto-oriented business chain that doesn’t even yet own the property over the health, safety and welfare of concerned homeowners and residents who will be affected by this decision on a daily basis for years to come. Mr Splash has countless locations, but we each only have one home.
