ICC Fails To Offer A Deliberation Hearing

On July 15, 2025, I received an answer regarding a Collective PINS complaint I submitted with 407 signatures from a Change.org Petition titled Oppose ICC Hijacking Tiny Houses with Small Residential Units.

It was basically a dismissal of our complaints. The complaint is in regard to the ICC standard called ICC/THIA 1215-202x, Design, Construction, Inspection and Regulation of Small Residential Units and Tiny Houses for Permanent Occupancy. They recently added the Small Residential Unit to the title and scope of the standard.
