I hope everyone had a great thanksgiving!

The attorneys representing the developer have now requested another continuance (delay) until January 4th - 2024 and referenced further meetings required by the State Land department to review their plans. These tactics do not affect our determination to stand our ground and we will continue to get more signatures and more emails to the planning commission and continue to need your help! During this last meeting, the planning commission has added a stipulation that the attorneys will need to share their updated site plans as soon as they become available with our core opposition team and continue to meet with us.

That is a win in our books!

The core opposition team against the Black Mountain Boulevard rezoning request has not stopped their efforts to block it.

The outreach continued to grow and recognized by the planning commission.

Please continue to invite other neighbors to sign our petition in order to get 1000 signatures and also have them continue to write emails to the planning commission and city council man as outlined on our website.
