Please keep sharing this petition and also this email to people that you know in this neighborhood to make them aware and inform them on what is going on.

The developer is also aggressively advertising and trying all the tricks in the book to secure an approval, so we have to stand up to this to keep our community free of big block retailers and gas stations and keep our kids safe around the schools.

What more can you do?
There are a small number of efforts that will help significantly:

Firstly email your opposition to the City Planner and Council District 2 Jim Waring BEFORE September 22nd to be included in the initial case file for this proposal.

Secondly, we're organizing a rally (possibly on the news) to show up for the next public meeting by the Village Planning Committee. This is held on October 3rd @ 6:30pm at the Paradise Valley Community Center (17402 N.40th St). Please plan for this and show up as it's critical for council members to see this opposition from the community to sway their vote.

If we don't do these things and commercial zoning expands in our neighborhood, we will regret not doing enough for the time we live here.
