Threatening to fine us $25k

 

Hello everyone I've been contemplating posting this matter ever since I got the notice from the city about my facility, officer came to us saying they got a complaint about my tent, it has been up for close to 3 years and it's an integral part of how we operate and provide services to our customers.

 

It was also point out by the same officer that we are not allowed to post signs on the Blvd aswell as it's the city's property �, funny thing is we have to maintain the Blvd at my cost.

 

3rd thing all these cars you have parked outside, is going to be a problem if you don't move them.

 

So officer told me he's acting on a complaint he received.

 

I am launching a petition for whoever want to sign on to help us go again the city of sarnia.

Against these stringent rules which renders business helpless to operate and promote themselves.

 

They are asking us to put in a variance which will cost thousands for them to consider it ��, I don't have money to fight them, however we are asking for the support of our community to not be bullied by one complaint and the city.

 

If I have to take my tents down and not able to promote I will be moving operation elsewhere, so another black owned business leaving sarnia will be very good optics, all because I cannot operate with my business model and not able to promote my business with signs.
