A proposal has been made to construct a 24 unit 3 story apartment building on the site of the old Levittown Lanes Bowling Alley at 8815 New Falls Road Levittown, Pa. Most of the property owners surrounding the site are opposed to this project. Many feel the size of the property is not adequate for this proposal, and have concerns regarding privacy issues, traffic congestion, Unsupervised children, vandalism, noise considerations and the impact this will have on property values. The falls Township zoning board will meet March 12, 2024, at the Middletown Municipal Building ( due to the construction of Falls Township’s New facility). This petition is being presented to the community for those who oppose this proposal.
