An unofficial study undertaken shows that, on average, less than a third of parking spaces are now used in the Underhill South Controlled Parking Zone area.

The Council are unlikely to publish their own figures during the consultation period.  The number is of vehicles observed parked in bays that are enforceable by the Council.
