As a big fan of the Mario & Luigi series, this petition is being written to get Nintendo's attention due to some recent events and more. This petition comes from a place of enjoyment and quirkiness of the series that made them so special!

I heard about the series from my best friend, bought Bowser's Inside Story, and now have played every original game not including the remakes, but am actively looking to buy a copy of Superstar Saga 3DS.

However, after the sad failure of Bowser's Inside Story 3DS, Alphadream went bankrupt, and the series has gone no where besides it's presence on GBA NSO. This is nice, but we want more, we want a new game or something that let's us know NINTENDO IS LISTENING!

I believe it is crucial to highlight some relevant facts about the Mario & Luigi series:

1. Critical Acclaim: The franchise has consistently received positive reviews from both critics and players alike. Each game has showcased Nintendo's commitment to delivering high-quality experiences that resonate with fans across generations.

2. Commercial Success: The sales figures speak volumes about the popularity of these games. With millions of copies sold worldwide, it is evident that there is a strong demand for new entries in the Mario & Luigi series.

- And while the remakes didn't sell well, that shows that a new entry to bring the series back with a brand new story and fresh new things could give the series a fresh restart!

3. Unique Gameplay Mechanics: The combination of platforming elements with turn-based combat systems provided an innovative twist on traditional RPGs. This distinctive gameplay formula attracted not only longtime fans but also newcomers who were drawn to its fresh approach.

Super Mario RPG and Paper Mario TTYD are getting remade with TTYD somewhat expected since fans cried out for it's return on modern hardware, and now this sparks one more valid point:

- The first 2 towers of the Mario RPG series are getting remade; Tower 1 is the original Super Mario RPG from SNES, and Tower 2 is the Paper Mario series. Tower 3 is the Mario and Luigi series, which is beloved as much is not more than Paper Mario and original RPG since the Mario and Luigi series are comedy RPGs that have used the same feel with roaming a world and nice button based attacks, with each game improving them the best way possible!

If RPG and TTYD can be remade, we can get a remake of a Mario and Luigi game or a brand new one. If they remake a game, Nintendo needs to remake either Partners in Time, Dream Team, or Paper Jam. We'd all rather have a new game, but one of these remakes would show that Nintendo STILL CARES.

Please people, let's rally together as Nintendo and Mario and Luigi fans to bring the 3rd Tower of Mario RPGs BACK TO THE SWITCH!
