I am one of many Indian students who have devoted significant time, effort, and money to pursue a Master's degree in Germany - a global engineering hub. Despite diligently learning German, passing various exams, and gaining admission to acclaimed German universities, we now find ourselves stuck, waiting to receive our visa appointments since the 4th of July.

There is a rising concern among us that the authorities are not taking swift and positive action to clear up the backlog and assign appointment slots. According to data, thousands of aspiring students are in this predicament, which is creating a mental, emotional, and academic disturbance.

We plea for the Mumbai Consulate General Visa Application Centre to expedite the process of allotting visa appointments, thereby ensuring our rightful academic progression. We implore the concerned authorities to understand the urgency of our situation and work actively to address our predicament.
