Our efforts have paid off! The Provincial Government is tabling legislation this Spring that will place a definitive ban on all Notices Of Security Interest (NOSIs), going forward and back (with retroactive effect). Thank you to everyone who supported this initiative. This is tremendous news for thousands of vulnerable Ontarians.
