Open Letter to Councilor Kiko Bargaza
Regarding the Primewater Issue Raised by Constituents

Dear Councilor Bargaza,

We, your constituents, write to you with deep concern regarding the longstanding issues tied to Primewater’s operations in our community. Over time, many of us have voiced our frustrations about the inconsistent water supply, questionable billing practices, lack of transparency, and the perceived neglect of the company in addressing consumer complaints.

Water is not a privilege, but a basic human right. It sustains our homes, our schools, our local businesses, and our health. Yet, despite repeated concerns raised by residents, the problems with Primewater remain persistent—leading many to feel unheard, neglected, and deprived of the service we rightfully deserve and are paying for.

As our elected representative, we turn to you not only to amplify our voices but also to take a firm and proactive stand on this issue. We respectfully urge you to:

• Call for a public hearing or consultation to gather testimonies from affected residents and allow Primewater representatives to respond transparently.
• Push for accountability by requiring Primewater to disclose service records, financial reports, and steps being taken to improve water delivery and quality.
• Explore legal and policy remedies, including reviewing the contract between the local government and Primewater to ensure it serves the people’s interest and not merely corporate profit.
• Ensure accessible grievance mechanisms where citizens can lodge complaints and receive timely action.

Councilor Bargaza, your constituents look to you for decisive leadership. This is a chance to demonstrate your commitment to the people by prioritizing a matter that affects every household, every family, and every individual in our community.
