The Village Plan Advisory Committee (VPAC) is meeting Tuesday, October 08th, 2024, at 4 pm in Municipal Chambers at: 151 King Street, Chester.

At this meeting the Planning Department will present to VPAC on the Village Plan Review, and remaining issues identified by Council for consideration which include:

-10 Residential units in Core Commercial Zone by Development Agreement;
- Consider reducing Core Commercial Zone area;
- Density concerns (allowance for Accessory Dwelling Units.

These meetings are open to the public, and with two current vacancies on the Committee, the Committee benefits from the attendance of the public at these meetings!
