The Police complaints organization LECA (formerly OIPRD) has refused to investigate my complaints, saying that there is a six-month statute of limitations for police complaints, and so I cannot report the crime of Criminal Negligence Resulting in Death and that investigating this "is not in the public interest".

I am extremely disappointed and am losing my strength as time progresses. Witness Protection is being denied to me and I have relocated to Ukraine where I am ironically safer. My location is secret and very few persons know where I am.

Im prepared to expire in Ukraine, it would be my preference to over Canada where I would likely be tortured by those who want to silence me.
