Hello everyone! Thank you all so much for helping reach this milestone!
I've been really hard at work with finalizing details; I've got a couple meetings with people in the coming weeks to really solidify this plan! Hitting 500+ signatures is probably one of the biggest milestones we can get right now!
As I said earlier, I do have some meetings. I've been talking to a lot of people about this, and everything is looking really promising.
Now nothing is set in stone at the moment, but I have been working on the floor plan for the facility. I plan on it being an all-in-one facility with roller skating, bowling, tabletop games, pool, darts, and, of course, arcade games. Recently I talked to some people about the food/concessions being primarily sourced by Hunt Brothers Pizza; when I told them about it, they seemed really interested in it. The reason I talked to them is because they're really good about making it work in small spaces, and the quality of their products, to me, is very good, unlike traditional cardboard pizzas.
Anyway, I've been trying to keep up with all of this and work on it as much as I can; this is really a mission for me. The citizens of Marianna & beyond are really in need of something close by that is not only fun but year-round and really for everyone. Maybe you don't like skating; there is bowling and an arcade, or if you don't like those things, it'll have pool and darts, and if none of those things are your style, there will be comfortable seating and space for board games or to just hang out.
