Thank you all so much for taking the time to sign and share this petition with your family, friends, business and professional networks. The correction of Ontario Landlord and Tenant laws and provincial government rental housing regulations, is absolutely essential. 

We, Ontario independent landlords, rental property owners, and investors now more than ever, deserve to get recognition and financial support for providing shelters, accommodations, homes to our fellow citizens and their families, who would have otherwise faced with a very serious rental crisis, and many have been otherwise homeless.

We now more than ever, need to have our voice heard and to have our basic Civil and Financial rights protected.

we shouldn't be constantly struggling to deal with problem renters who fail to pay the rent, refuse to be evicted, cause extensive damages, or otherwise create assorted problems for us.

This means a lot to all of us- would be super grateful if you keep sharing this petition with every landlord, rental property owner, real state agent, investors, lawyers you know…

Together we will have our voice heard, and make a much needed change….

Our goal is to reach 1000 signatures and we need more support.
