Cancelled surgeries update

Heart and Cancer are the number one killers in Canada.

The cancer petitions have reached the media. The National Ellen Mauro has featured stories.  Two radio interviews were made in the last two weeks and more to come in the next weeks

Unfortunately time isn’t on the side of cancer. Every day is higher life risks. If the government doesn’t reverse this decision we lose friends and family. 

MPP of Mississauga showed compassion .. is addressing and escalating  this with the Ministry of health today, This is their promise. Representation form has been signed last Monday. They recommend going to the media and it really is not a cancer patients job to take on. 

Canadian Cancer society has addressed this with the government without success so far. I can provide further updates should you wish to know more. 

Top surgeons have expressed the risk of cancelling Cancer surgeries but it’s out of their hands 

Christine Elliot is prioritizing Covid and will figure it out later

Bonnie Crombie’s office is referring cancer patients back to their doctors to address why their cancer patients aren’t getting their surgeries. So they are sending patients back into a never ending circle 

Doug Ford is currently working on closing borders and has not responded to health concerns and this his call

Cancer patients have been activists on top of health issues, Covid stress. Why should they fight for their health rights on top of fighting cancer?
