Hello All,

I received standard response to my initial e-mail to the Ford Government.  It did direct us to local MPs, however since this is a province-wide issue I chose to continue my attempts to reach out to the Premier.  I have used his professional e-mail address in my most recent e-mail, requesting a meeting with a representative.  I hope to get the chance for a virtual meeting to express concerns with campground closures, benefits of reopening camping, and show the petition support and comments as to why you all signed the petition.

The big push at a meeting would be consideration of reopening camping with defined safety measures and an education-focused approach to allowing Ontarians to camp safely.  This will include recommendations to safely support the communities worried about mobility that occurs with inter-provincial camping.

I welcome any recommendations of other means to get the information forth and our concerns heard!
