Il problema

We, the undersigned members of the community, are calling for the immediate removal of Anna and Aaron from the Board of Directors of Flashpoint Artists Initiative, where they currently serve as President and Treasurer. Serious concerns have been raised about their leadership.

It is alleged that their actions have contributed to an atmosphere of fear, division, and mistrust within the organization. Multiple community members have come forward with claims of dishonesty, poor judgment, and a failure to maintain impartiality in decision-making. It is further alleged that volunteers—many of whom have devoted years of service—have been dismissed or marginalized for not aligning with leadership’s interpretations of organizational values, while the leadership themselves did not consistently uphold those same standards. These inconsistencies and perceived hypocrisy have caused real harm—impacting lives, reputations, and the collaborative spirit that has long defined this community.

We do not make these claims lightly. However, the volume and consistency of these concerns compel us to act. This petition represents a collective request for the immediate removal of Anna and Aaron from their roles on the Board of Directors. We recognize that the removal of these individuals is not a comprehensive solution, but a start. The toxicity of FAI reaches far beyond any one person or groups of people. However, in the name of accountability and transparency we hope this change will allow us to begin to move forward. It is a step towards a place where FAI can begin to restore trust, uphold accountability, and reflect the values we all strive to embody. We believe in Flashpoint Artists Initiative and in the community it serves. We are committed to healing, transparency, and moving forward—together.
