Stand in the Fave of Adversity

Wanda Darden as Plaintiff vs One United Bank is scheduled to return to court of October 14, 2020. To date, the bank continues to issue atm/debit cards with Wanda’s image and has even added the image to digital apps promoted to their customers.

The continued infringements of One United Bank during a Black Lives Matter international movement are callous and create damages which cannot be  repaired. We are seeing daily the atrocities that arise when we fail to see and respect the humanity of each individual.

We ask that you continue to stand with Wanda as she asserts her rights to her image, likeness, characterization and self enterprise.
